Please note: The area printed will always be broader that your exact location as the print requires a wide area of coverage. If your area is near or surround by water, this will appear blank on your product.

You can add personalised text underneath the photo and map as well as having the option to add a message to the bottom of the product, this is great for gifting occasions or simply adding information about the images.
Simply upload your photo and provide us with an address for your location, then we do the rest!
We recommend the photo size to be a minimum of 260 x 260 pixels
PLEASE NOTE: Images that are not square - i.e rectangle - will be cropped to fit a square image. We do not provide proofs unless requested. Please open an enquiry after ordering, to request a proof, or for any other issue. We will focus on the people/animals shown in the pictures. If you would like any other details included please let us know at the time of ordering.

Made from a single sheet of thick folded copper, with a brushed finish coated to prevent fingerprints. Printed in special hard wearing and waterproof inks directly onto the metal.

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product
- Contact customer service to let them know you wish to either cancel your order, return or exchange a product.
To do this simply email sales@oakdenedesigns.com along with your name and order number in the subject line and a brief message as to the reason for the return. Alternatively contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1306 621 262.
- If received, package the item up and return within 14 days of contacting us that you wish to cancel, return or exchange a product.
(We recommend you use a signed for delivery with proof of postage)

Non Personalised Returns
For all our non personalised products you have 28 days to notify us if you wish to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you received the goods you have ordered.Please Note: Please package the item up and send it back to the Oakdene Designs within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Personalised Returns
Unfortunately, personalised items are unable to be returned to us because of the bespoke nature of the item unless it is faulty or damaged.Faulty / Damaged Items
We try to make sure every item reaches its recipient in perfect condition. If this, unfortunately, is not the case and the item is damaged or faulty we will either offer a replacement or refund.Please Note: The customer will not be liable for postage costs for faulty or damaged items.

Extended Christmas Return Policy
All cancellable goods purchased between 1st November and 22nd December 2022 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time before 20th January 2023. For all items purchased on 23rd December 2022 or after, our 28-day return policy applies.

Fantastic item with great service. Definitely a product and company I'd recommend using. It feels very sturdy to touch and sits nicely without support required.
The only thing I'd mention is make sure if your venue/location post code covers a city (as ours did) its probably worth contacting the team when you order. Our venue was nearly cut out due to the city size (and it was the post code for the building of the venue itself). You can see it in the bottom left corner of our map.
I'll be using the company again for more products in the future.

The item was amazing and yes I do suggest other purchase but it was shipped in an open piece of cardboard. Just sandwiched between open at both ends and it wasn’t damaged in shipping that’s literally how it was packaged. And being shipped internationally it is insane it didn’t fall out and get lost. To the shops credit it’s an awesome item and again I suggest other purchase but packaging needs to be checked for future reference.
