Made in our Surrey studio using a combination of hand techniques, state of the art machinery and printers to bring your photos to life.
This is a beautiful way of displaying a collection of photos, it can be anything from a friend's best pics from their Instagram account, wedding photos for remembering the big day, or a collection of baby photos to celebrate Father's Day.
This box comes complete with your chosen 8, 10, 12, 14, 16,18, 20 or 22 photos and is accompanied by a personalised foiled box, making the perfect ready-made gift.
Please note that the strip of photos within the box is secured within it and cannot be removed.

Made From
The photos are printed onto quality satin photo paper and contained within a sturdy grey box which is made from 100% recycled fibres, each box is printed with gold metallic foil. Please note that due to the foiling process, each box is individual and will have slight imperfections and flecks within the foil, which creates a truly unique finish.

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product
- Contact customer service to let them know you wish to either cancel your order, return or exchange a product.
To do this simply email sales@oakdenedesigns.com along with your name and order number in the subject line and a brief message as to the reason for the return. Alternatively contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1306 621 262.
- If received, package the item up and return within 14 days of contacting us that you wish to cancel, return or exchange a product.
(We recommend you use a signed for delivery with proof of postage)

Non Personalised Returns
For all our non personalised products you have 28 days to notify us if you wish to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you received the goods you have ordered.Please Note: Please package the item up and send it back to the Oakdene Designs within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Personalised Returns
Unfortunately, personalised items are unable to be returned to us because of the bespoke nature of the item unless it is faulty or damaged.Faulty / Damaged Items
We try to make sure every item reaches its recipient in perfect condition. If this, unfortunately, is not the case and the item is damaged or faulty we will either offer a replacement or refund.Please Note: The customer will not be liable for postage costs for faulty or damaged items.
Late or Missing Refunds

Extended Christmas Return Policy
All cancellable goods purchased between 1st November and 22nd December 2022 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time before 20th January 2023. For all items purchased on 23rd December 2022 or after, our 28-day return policy applies.

I ordered this, along with two other things, just under 2 weeks from Christmas. The Oakdene customer service team were very helpful as they messaged me directly to inform me there was an issue with my order. I respect and understand they were quite busy over Christmas, hence the delay with my order. I phoned up a few days before Christmas to get an update as my order hadn’t been shipped, and the lady I spoke to was very helpful as she assured me she’d make sure my parcel would be sent that day on the quickest shipping. I received everything the following day, in time for Christmas on the weekend! Me and my boyfriend love this and it’s the perfect little memory box for our first holiday together! The box is super cute the only thing is I live in the states and since it was transported over a long distance the box go a little smashed on the sides so it needed better packaging.

I placed the order way ahead of time, as per the shown delivery time before placing the order. However, they didn’t even reach out to me for uploading the pictures until I reached out to tech support which caused them not even ship the gift for my first marriage anniversary. Even though they promised me I will receive the gift on time. It did not arrive.
Also, while uploading pictures, it didn’t even show me a preview how the images are going to be printed, in one of our pictures my wife and I’s face are even cut, we are looking at nothing. I am surprised that they are not even doing quality check before sending a gift to someone. Completely defeated the purpose of going with this company compared to how they market themselves. Waste of money and time.
