Please Note: Some personalised products may take slightly longer than the times suggested, due to the additional manufacturing time required, if you would like to find out about how your order is progressing please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team.

Returns and exchanges

For orders placed directly on our website, non-personalised, non-customised items can be returned or exchanged within 40 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition, with any original tags or packaging intact. If a different return period applies to a sale or clearance item, it will be stated on its product page.

Personalised items

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for personalised or bespoke items. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Extended Christmas returns

Non-personalised items purchased between 1 November and 22 December each year can be returned until 31 January of the following year. Personalised items remain non-returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How to arrange a return

Please contact us before returning an item. Email sales@oakdenedesigns.com with your order number and the reason for your return, or call +44 (0)1306 621 262. For faulty or damaged items, please include a photo if possible.

Once your return is authorised, pack the item securely and include your order number or order confirmation. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or we made an error, in which case we will cover the return postage costs.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds within 1–5 working days of receiving your return, and no later than 14 days after receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the payment. If your refund has not arrived, please contact us at sales@oakdenedesigns.com.

For purchases through a marketplace such as Etsy or Not on the High Street, please arrange your return through that platform.
