CAN I STILL ORDER ONLINE?

Yes, we are still open for business as usual and you can place orders at any time of day.

You will notice on each of our product pages we have estimated delivery date. This is to give you peace of mind knowing when a gift will be arriving depending on the service chosen. We are closely monitoring carriers such as Royal Mail and will update accordingly if any delivery times change.


CAN YOU SEND DIRECTLY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY?

Absolutely. We are in the unique position to be able to send your gifts directly to the recipient. Whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, house move or just to show how much you love them during this time of uncertainty.

To send directly to recipient when placing your order. Enter your billing address as the one that is registered to yourself and your card and for the delivery address, enter where you would like this to be delivered (recipient).

What Preventative Measures is Oakdene Designs Taking against COVID-19?

We are following all the procedures as set out by the UK Government and Public Health England to ensure all out staff are safe to continue working. We have decided to split the staff between working from home and working in the office to minimise unnecessary contact. For any staff who happen to be in the premises they are all following the procedures on Social Distancing and are fully able to handle orders.
