Customer Notes:
'The......Family' and 'City of' are examples only and do not get printed as standard. The entire personalisation desired must be entered into the text boxes as only the text inputted by the customer will be printed.
Personalisation can vary on each sign and may not always align with the postcode on the second line.
Due to the increased text length, longer double-barrelled names may appear smaller on the sign.
In most cases, personalised text under 12 characters will be on the top line only with the postcode aligned to the left as is traditional with London street signage. However in some cases this may not be the case, please contact us if you are unsure.
The sign comes in two sizes -
A4 - W19.7 x H28.3cm
A3 - W40.8 x H28.2cm
Printed onto 0.6mm coated aluminium. Please note, this is designed in the style of an enamel sign only.
Your personalised metal street sign will be sent in a tough cardboard envelope with rigid cardboard inserts to prevent damage during transit.

Returns and exchanges
For orders placed directly on our website, non-personalised, non-customised items can be returned or exchanged within 40 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition, with any original tags or packaging intact. If a different return period applies to a sale or clearance item, it will be stated on its product page.
Personalised items
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for personalised or bespoke items. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Extended Christmas returns
Non-personalised items purchased between 1 November and 22 December each year can be returned until 31 January of the following year. Personalised items remain non-returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.
How to arrange a return
Please contact us before returning an item. Email sales@oakdenedesigns.com with your order number and the reason for your return, or call +44 (0)1306 621 262. For faulty or damaged items, please include a photo if possible.
Once your return is authorised, pack the item securely and include your order number or order confirmation. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or we made an error, in which case we will cover the return postage costs.
Refunds
We aim to process refunds within 1–5 working days of receiving your return, and no later than 14 days after receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the payment. If your refund has not arrived, please contact us at sales@oakdenedesigns.com.
For purchases through a marketplace such as Etsy or Not on the High Street, please arrange your return through that platform.

I only ordered this on Sunday and it arrived today (Wednesday). It's fantastic quality. I thought it might have drill holes to hang it, but I may have missed that option. envoi 1: plaque bien reçue mais format A4 quand j'ai payé le format A3.
envoi 2: plaque perdue dans la nature
envoi 3: le facteur arrive avec la plaque A3 et me demande de payer 10 euros de charges de Douane alors que j'ai déjà payé les frais d'envois sur le site. Je refuse le colis.
Le vendeur ne veut rien savoir. Il ne me rembourse pas, ni la plaque, ni au moins la différence entre la plaque A4 reçue initialement et la A3 payée 58 euros!!
Il stipule que c'est indiqué qu'il peut y avoir des frais supplémentaires dans ces conditions de vente. 10 euros, soit 1/6e du prix en plus?? Bref, fuyez!!
