Personalised Map Location Family Key Holder

This is my second purchase of a custom key holder with our address and map. The first one was great, so when we moved I bought an another one for our new home. However, upon receiving it, the house wasn’t even on the map and a whole chunk of neighborhood was missing. This area has existed for decades so it’s not new construction. I wish the seller has reached out to ask or double check before shipping this because it took a long time to arrive. Additionally, the contrast on the markings is barely legible, you really can’t appreciate the map at all. The writing that gets added with your address looks great, it’s dark enough that with any lighting you are able to see it but the map you won’t see unless it’s the right angle in the right lighting. I’m disappointed in my second purchase, I’m not even sure I want to display it.

This item is listed as free shipping on Etsy. Check your invoice carefully before you purchase the item. I was charged for shipping. I contacted the company and asked them to stop production of my item. I also contacted PayPal with documentation of the false free shipping advertisement. PayPal immediately refunded my money. The company contacted me and asked did I want the item made? I told them no and I had already been refunded. They made it anyway and sent it to me then requested payment through PayPal. I refused and PayPal did not pay because I have documentation of our conversation to request cancellation of the item along with documentation of false advertising for free shipping. Don’t use this company.

Very good quality and beautiful product!

A little rough around the edges and rusted on the corners - did not expect this.

I AM OBSESSED!!!! I picked the place my husband and I had our first kiss and I absolutely love it! It came so fast and with command strips! Such amazing quality!

Perfect Father’s Day gift to my husband who is always losing his keys :) it’s like a little piece of art work, thank you.

It was perfect and just as expected. Thank you very much!!

Great quality and easy to install. I’ve already received so many compliments!

(Address in picture blacked out for safety.)

My plaque was silver metal and not white as displayed. I have a gray wall like in the picture and slightly disappointed about the inaccuracy.

Really happy with my purchase. Great quality item :)

This was my 3rd purchase in 4 years and the quality is still impressive. The turnaround time and shipping time is also impressive. This is a great housewarming gift!
