How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product

Contact customer service to let them know you wish to either cancel your order, return or exchange a product.
To do this simply email sales@oakdenedesigns.com along with your name and order number in the subject line and a brief message as to the reason for the return. Alternatively contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1306 621 262.
If received, package the item up and return within 14 days of contacting us that you wish to cancel, return or exchange a product.
(We recommend you use a signed for delivery with proof of postage)

As the payment agent we will process the refund directly to your payment card in no more than 14 days after receiving the item back.

Non Personalised Returns

For all our non personalised products you have 28 days to notify us if you wish to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you received the goods you have ordered.
Please Note: Please package the item up and send it back to the Oakdene Designs within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Personalised Returns

Unfortunately, personalised items are unable to be returned to us because of the bespoke nature of the item unless it is faulty or damaged.

Faulty / Damaged Items

We try to make sure every item reaches its recipient in perfect condition. If this, unfortunately, is not the case and the item is damaged or faulty we will either offer a replacement or refund.
Please Note: The customer will not be liable for postage costs for faulty or damaged items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank to see if the refund is currently pending as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Extended Christmas Return Policy

All cancellable goods purchased between 1st November and 22nd December 2022 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time before 20th January 2023. For all items purchased on 23rd December 2022 or after, our 28-day return policy applies.

Quality of item was not as expected. Item did not arrive by estimated date but arrived 7 days late. Messages seller, but they only gave option to reach out after 7 days late. Would not recommend.

The package came fine but the product inside was all unglued and messed up. I was able to get a refund but only for half of the price so I can only evaluate half here as well.

Box came floppy and abit broken,but it is still a fun gift

I am excited to use this with my husband but the package itself, the box that holds the tickets, wasn't even a complete box. Part of the bottom of the box is missing and the box was put together very sloppy. I had to reshape and tape box to make it presentable for a gift.

So this item is super cute, in theory, but it came in poor condition. In my opinion, it is way overpriced for the item quality. The only thing I will say, is that I live in AZ so it’s possible the heat melted the glue. However, for the price I expected more.

Cute idea for our anniversary! I love the metal box but it's not staying together very well .. boyfriend loved it so that's what counts!

The idea is great but the quality of the item leaves a lot to be desired. The glue barely keeps everything together. Sadly, for this price I expected more.

This is such a gorgeous item, the personalisation makes it so unique and unlike anything I've ever given or received. I can't wait to see what suggestions we get!

I think the adhesive could do with being a little stronger as this one keeps wanting to wanting to pull itself apart, but it's not a dealbreaker. I'd still recommend as a great gift for couples or partners.

This came out so cute! I am so excited to start pulling the tickets and doing at home dates. The personalization was perfect and the customer service was great. They let me know it might be late, but it ended up arriving just in time!

I didn't expect it to come in such a cute metal tin. The quality was beyond what I expected. The first ticket pulled was a start to an amazing date night.

First off, how freaking cute!! Custom made order and it came quickly! I can’t wait to give it to him on Valentine’s Day! Too cute!

I placed the order on the 17th of January, and to my surprise, it arrived on the 24th, which was earlier than anticipated. Interestingly, it beat other products I ordered on the same day that shipped from the US. Moreover, the quality of the product is excellent.

Unfortunately it has been 48 hours and I still have not heard from customer service. When I received my box, there was nothing in it but the packing slip, so I was charged for nothing. Highly disappointed.
