The plectrums are made from a 0.8mm nylon which are contained in a small metal tin with a screw on lid, making it practical and safe to carry around.

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product
- Contact customer service to let them know you wish to either cancel your order, return or exchange a product.
To do this simply email sales@oakdenedesigns.com along with your name and order number in the subject line and a brief message as to the reason for the return. Alternatively contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1306 621 262.
- If received, package the item up and return within 14 days of contacting us that you wish to cancel, return or exchange a product.
(We recommend you use a signed for delivery with proof of postage)

Non Personalised Returns
For all our non personalised products you have 28 days to notify us if you wish to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you received the goods you have ordered.Please Note: Please package the item up and send it back to the Oakdene Designs within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Personalised Returns
Unfortunately, personalised items are unable to be returned to us because of the bespoke nature of the item unless it is faulty or damaged.Faulty / Damaged Items
We try to make sure every item reaches its recipient in perfect condition. If this, unfortunately, is not the case and the item is damaged or faulty we will either offer a replacement or refund.Please Note: The customer will not be liable for postage costs for faulty or damaged items.

Extended Christmas Return Policy

I gave the recipients name as requested and assumed it would be hyphenated on the tin as per the photos, but it wasn’t. The seller could have sent me simple message to ask if I wanted it hyphenated and pretty obviously I would want it to be! Their instructions are unclear, if I had put ‘Ben’s’ would they then have put ‘Rock on ‘Ben’s’ on the plectrum?? I’m left with a poor impression of an unhelpful seller.

very happy with my purchase, it made a great gift for my dad who wants to learn to play electric guitar. the picks only have the design on one side which i didn’t realise when purchasing but isn’t an issue at all

Picks were not customized on 3 lines as requested. Bigger issue was huge gap between name on tin and the apostrophe and s. I don't understand why there is such a huge gap. Other than that exactly as pictured. The arrangement of pick wording I suppose I can understand. The word sized gap between name and apostrophe and s I simply don't understand.

This is a great high-quality custom product to buy for any guitar lover. The nylon picks feel amazing to play with compared to plastic ones, and the print on them hasn't rubbed off (after playing for a couple of times now). The box is a little smaller than I expected for the price, but my boyfriend said it's perfect and how it's supposed to be—he's the one who plays so I'll take his word for it! One thing that could be improved is the way the optional gift message to the recipient is printed on the packaging. Delivery (from England to India) took around 10 days which is quite fast, overall I'm super happy with this purchase.
