Description  

'The Great Wave off Kanagawa' print by the Japanese artist Hokusai.

This famous print was created in around 1830 as part of a series called 'Thirty-six views of Mount Fuiji'.

We have produced a version of this print using the latest digital printing methods to create a high quality reproduction.

We offer a quick and professional framing service across our whole range of prints. Our frames are all handmade in the UK to a very high standard. They come with a child safe perspex glazing which is indistinguishable from glass. We frame our prints in our Surrey studio ourselves to ensure fantastic quality and a speedy turnaround.

We have three different frame styles and sizes available for our prints which are as follows: (Please note we offer A1 and A5, however, we do not provide frames for these sizes.)

- Smooth black solid wood frame, (25mm wide x 12mm deep), available in A4, A3, and A2

- Whitewashed frame, (31mm wide x 16mm deep), available in A4, A3, and A2

- Natural solid oak frame, (21mm wide x 19mm deep), available in A4, A3, and A2. Please note that A2 framed prints are not available for international delivery due to their size.

Made From

Our prints are printed onto a traditional mold made paper made in England, giving it a matt watercolour finish.

The printing is done on the latest giclée digital printer with pigment inks, combined with the archival quality paper the print will not fade.

Return Policy  

Returns and exchanges

For orders placed directly on our website, non-personalised, non-customised items can be returned or exchanged within 40 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition, with any original tags or packaging intact. If a different return period applies to a sale or clearance item, it will be stated on its product page.

Personalised items

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for personalised or bespoke items. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Extended Christmas returns

Non-personalised items purchased between 1 November and 22 December each year can be returned until 31 January of the following year. Personalised items remain non-returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How to arrange a return

Please contact us before returning an item. Email sales@oakdenedesigns.com with your order number and the reason for your return, or call +44 (0)1306 621 262. For faulty or damaged items, please include a photo if possible.

Once your return is authorised, pack the item securely and include your order number or order confirmation. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or we made an error, in which case we will cover the return postage costs.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds within 1–5 working days of receiving your return, and no later than 14 days after receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the payment. If your refund has not arrived, please contact us at sales@oakdenedesigns.com.

For purchases through a marketplace such as Etsy or Not on the High Street, please arrange your return through that platform.
