I gave the recipients name as requested and assumed it would be hyphenated on the tin as per the photos, but it wasn’t. The seller could have sent me simple message to ask if I wanted it hyphenated and pretty obviously I would want it to be! Their instructions are unclear, if I had put ‘Ben’s’ would they then have put ‘Rock on ‘Ben’s’ on the plectrum?? I’m left with a poor impression of an unhelpful seller.

Love them but the shipping was more expensive than the item

very happy with my purchase, it made a great gift for my dad who wants to learn to play electric guitar. the picks only have the design on one side which i didn’t realise when purchasing but isn’t an issue at all

Love it! Item is exactly as I requested. And a big thank you to the sellers for sorting things out when I realised I had given the wrong delivery address! Arrived well in time for xmas too. Very happy.

Picks were not customized on 3 lines as requested. Bigger issue was huge gap between name on tin and the apostrophe and s. I don't understand why there is such a huge gap. Other than that exactly as pictured. The arrangement of pick wording I suppose I can understand. The word sized gap between name and apostrophe and s I simply don't understand.

Wrong personalisation on plectrums. Filled in online form and supplied photos. Had email asking me to send photos. Very disappointed as these were required for grandson’s birthday.

Zwei der fünf Plektren haben tiefe Kratzer.
Der Deckel der kleinen Dose ist nicht bedruckt sondern ein Aufkleber aufgeklebt.
Das ist zwar ok, aber damit passt Preis und Leistung für mich nicht.

These are just perfect. The tin they come in to the lovely colourful plectrums inside . Order to delivery smooth. My nephew is going to be delighted with these.

This is a great high-quality custom product to buy for any guitar lover. The nylon picks feel amazing to play with compared to plastic ones, and the print on them hasn't rubbed off (after playing for a couple of times now). The box is a little smaller than I expected for the price, but my boyfriend said it's perfect and how it's supposed to be—he's the one who plays so I'll take his word for it! One thing that could be improved is the way the optional gift message to the recipient is printed on the packaging. Delivery (from England to India) took around 10 days which is quite fast, overall I'm super happy with this purchase.

I ordered these for my dad’s birthday and although there was some kind of shipping delay I’m glad to have received them. They turned out really cool .
