- Yes, our wall stickers are easily removed when the time comes to redecorate. Use a hairdryer to slightly warm the sticker, this will help you to remove it.

- 95% of the time our wall stickers can be removed without any residue or mark. Problems occur when the sticker is removed too quickly and without care. Use a hairdryer to help because a warm sticker will be easier to remove.

- Yes, our wall stickers are fully weather proof, they will last around five years outside as long as they are stuck to a suitable smooth surface.

- No, our wall stickers are single use only. Removing the stickers will often distort them beyond use.
Will they fade over time? Will they fade over time?
- For indoor use you will not notice any fading, even 5-10 years down the line. Direct sunlight will cause slight fading as with most things. Red is most susceptible to this.

- Our wall stickers are all matt in finish, unless stated otherwise. This looks far better than gloss because it prevents reflections and glare. The stickers look like they have been painted onto the wall.

- Yes, we can cut any design in any size up to 160cm x 500cm+, please get in touch with your specific requirements.

- Most items are sent with the Royal Mail on a 48hr service without proof of postage. On the rare occasion that this time has elapsed, The Royal Mail require you to wait 15 working days before a parcel is declared as lost. However, if your parcel has not been delivered after 7 days please get in touch. We advise that you check with your local post office and neighbours just incase it has been left with them.

- On the rare event that we have made a mistake on your order we will send out a replacement free of charge or offer a refund. There will be two quality control initials on the side of your invoice by item, this will allow us to determine where the error has occurred and help us to prevent mistakes in the future. We will ask for the initials if an error has occurred, so please keep your invoice. We will then quickly deal with you issue in line with our policies.
